*Remember you can become a curator Org. and open your screenings/movie events to the public for a box split! OR you can do a private rental with these options here!
NOTES:
Non profit use (100 off rental)
Standard use time will be 3 hours with each additional hour priced at $150-$300 based on the number of guests. 45 min. Pre show - 2 hour movie - 15 min. post credits.
Additional 1/2 over 3 = $100 per half hour
Add ons- new release- one we are currently showing (+$200)
Add ons- Friday or Saturday (+$250)
Add ons- concessions packages $8 per person
For Fun
$300- smaller private rentals for birthdays family gatherings (Neighbors/East Side Community rate). 2-30pp (add more people for $10 per person) - Before 6pm
$450- smaller private rentals for birthdays family gatherings (Non Neighbor/Non-East Side Community rate). 2-30pp (add more people for $10 per person) - Before 6pm
$500- smaller private rentals for birthdays family gatherings (Neighbors/East Side Community rate). 2-30pp (add more people for $10 per person) - After 6pm

$500 Local Greater Austin community use special events 30-50pp
(based on availability) - $10 additional people
For Small Biz
$600- Local Greater Austin organizations 50-75pp (up to 100 add $150)
$1000- large group/Small corporate use 60-80p - $10 additional people
For Big Biz- extended Package
Includes the East Room
$1500 large group/corporate use max- 85-111 pp (based on availability)
